Overview
Trata ("the app") is an iOS expense tracking app. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data is collected, how it is used, and your rights.
Your Financial Data
Trata does not sell or share your personal financial data. All transactions you enter are stored on your device and synced privately via iCloud — they are never transmitted to our servers.
iCloud Sync
If you are signed in to iCloud, Trata syncs your data through Apple's CloudKit private database. This data is only accessible to you via your Apple ID and is not visible to us.
Analytics (Firebase)
Trata uses Firebase for anonymized crash reporting and app performance analytics. No personally identifiable information is associated with these events. For details, see the Firebase Privacy Policy.
Subscription Management (RevenueCat)
In-app purchases and subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat, a third-party service. RevenueCat may collect a pseudonymous device identifier to verify subscription status. No personally identifiable information is shared with RevenueCat beyond what Apple provides through the standard StoreKit purchase flow.

Apple App Store
Purchases made through the App Store are subject to Apple's privacy practices. See Apple's Privacy Policy for details.
Data Retention
All your transaction data lives on your device and in your private iCloud account. You can delete it at any time by removing the app. To clear iCloud data, go to Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Manage Storage and remove Trata.
Children's Privacy
Trata is not directed at children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes to This Policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
