Trata is an iOS app for tracking your everyday expenses. Add transactions in seconds, organize them by category, and get a clear picture of where your money goes — by month or by year.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I add a transaction?
Tap the + button at the bottom of the screen, enter the amount, and select a category. You can also add a note before saving.
How do I create a custom category?
Go to the Categories tab and tap +. Choose an emoji icon, enter a name, and save. Free users can have up to 4 categories; upgrade to Trata Pro for unlimited categories.
How do I view my spending history?
Open the Feed tab to browse your transaction history. For a breakdown by category, switch to the Analytics tab.
Is my data synced across devices?
Yes. Trata uses iCloud to keep your transactions in sync across all your iPhone and iPad devices signed in to the same Apple ID.
What is included in Trata Pro?
Trata Pro unlocks detailed spending analytics in the Insights tab, unlimited custom categories, and daily reminder notifications. You can subscribe monthly from within the app.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone, find Trata, and tap Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the end of the current billing period.
